Purchasing a Kasamile Maltese Puppy
When someone contacts me on my website, enquiring about purchasing a puppy,
I reply immediately, and ask them to fill out the following Questionnaire. The questionnaire has to be filled out, signed by that person,
scanned and sent back to me.
After reviewing the answers, I decide whether that person might be a
possible candidate to be a parent to one of my babies. I then inform them, that they can be
put on the waiting list, and that filling up the questionnaire does not mean that they are
accepted. I also inform them that should they be accepted, they will be required to sign
a non breeding contract.
When my babies are born, I then go through all the filled questionnaires, and decide after
studying the content, who would be most suitable to be a parent to one of my babies.
After my decision is made, I inform that person, and in most cases, require an interview with
them, so that I can speak to them face to face, and get a feel of whether I am making the
right decision in letting them be a parent to one of my babies.
If I am uncomfortable in any way, and I feel they would not be suitable, then I let them know,
because ultimately, THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF MY BABIES ARE MY FIRST PRIORITY.
If they do qualify after the interview, then they are allowed to view the contract, and if they agree to abide by all the
terms and conditions of the contract, then they can make a deposit on their baby.
At eight weeks old, the babies are given their first shot and microchipped, and a few days later, the
new owner is allowed to visit their baby.
As soon as they come in my door, they are required to wash their hands thoroughly, then I drape an apron
over their clothes, and a blanket is put in their laps, and they can play with their baby for ten minutes.
I then give them a copy of my puppy notes, and go over the notes extensively, page by page, to make sure
that they understand every aspect of dealing with their baby on a day to day basis. I answer all of their
questions, and take the time to make sure that they understand.
As stated in my contract, the babies cannot leave until they are twelve weeks old and that I AM COMMITED TO THE OWNER OF THAT BABY FOR QUESTIONS AND SUPPORT ON A 24/7 BASIS, FOR THE LIFETIME OF THAT BABY.
I have never had a disgruntled owner, because they know what care and love their baby has had, and they
are ever grateful to me for providing them with such a beautiful baby. They become my friends, and send me
pictures ,and call me often to let me know how their baby is doing, and as stated, they have the peace of mind
that they can call me any time day or night, and I will be available for them. From time to time, they will
bring the baby back for a visit.
MY BABIES ARE MY LIFE, MY JOY, THE REASON I GET UP IN THE MORNING, THE WARM GLOW I FEEL IN MY HEART
WHEN THEY GREET ME WITH KISSES, AND SNUGGLE UP TO ME, WHEN WE ARE ALL TAKING OUR NAPS TOGETHER.
